Healys Organic Honey is sourced from Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay, Spain, Bulgaria and Italy these being the leading organic honey producing countries. For bees to produce honey that can be classed as organic, there must not be fields that have been sprayed or have had chemical fertilisers applied for a radius of at least 3Km around the hive. That is 3Km in each direction.

This involves following strict guidelines for importation, processing, packaging and distribution of imported organic honey complying with EC Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 and (EC) No. 889/2008.
